Jim Larson has grown up around the building industry, with his grandparents and parents both building and remodeling homes over the years. After graduating from Kansas State University in 1980, Jim moved to Johnson County and began his career. He was a subcontractor for 4 years, a superintendent for 10 years, and he has been running his own company since 1998. At one time in his career, Jim was building up to one house per week, sometimes working on as many as 35 projects at once. Jim saw that this high work load was too much for one builder to handle. He now works on fewer homes at once, enabling him to give each house his personal and complete attention. "When you're sitting down with a builder," Jim says, "ask him who's actually building the house." Jim personally oversees each house and communicates with buyers. He has worked with the majority of his subcontractors for at least 15 years. All of this makes for a smooth building process with a high degree of consistency and customer satisfaction. |
