LaraBrooke Homes, Inc. was established in 1994 by Joe Presko to cure a need that he saw in the building industry. Joe started selling real estate in 1977 and was one of the K.C. Metro’s top ten agents. Dealing mostly in new construction, he got frustrated with the lack of service builders were giving their clients and decided he could do a better job. LaraBrooke Homes, inc. is a member of the Home Builders Association and is a true custom home builder with an architect and designer/decorator on staff. Because of Joe’s 25 years of experience in real estate he is able to help you in all facets of your building process, including financing and marketing your own home, or taking your present home in on trade. Joe has found his key to success is in customer service. Many of his custom homes were referred from previously happy clients. Joe has lived in the Northland of Kansas City all of his 50 years and together with his wife Laura has raised 3 children through high school.
