Kephart Contracting Company was founded in 1990 as a commercial and residential general contractor, specializing in commercial interior tenant finish and custom carpentry. Their experience runs the gamut, from restoring a grain elevator and it's offices after a grain dust explosion, to complete home renovation and custom home building.
Ed and Sharon share construction and management responsibilities equally. They each have specific stages of the home and subcontractors to supervise. Collaborating on interior and exterior design, they share ideas on color scheme, cabinets, floor coverings, and floor plan selection, etc.
