Fireside Homes was one of the first in the area to focus on future technological advances. Fireside Homes includes pre-wire packages that can provide enhanced internet access, telephone base intercoms, home theatre, advanced security and much more for the homebuyers. Ken's eye for innovation and his desire to individualize each home is one of his strengths as a builder. Ken finds the custom market very fulfilling and believes that regular meetings with the homebuyer at the building site are important. Homebuyers are consulted on changes and included in the decision-making process.
Ken has been in the building business for fourteen years. Ken is a member of the Kansas City Home Builders Association.
After 30 years of marriage, Ken's family includes his wife, Marsha, and two children.
