Bill Berry has been involved in the building industry for more than 20 years. Founded in 1979, Cedar Development, L.L.C. began primarily as an apartment and home renovation company. With this early success, in 1986 Bill decided to go into new home construction full time, focusing on the growing Northland area. With his "people friendly" style and the personal attention he gives each and every home he builds, Bill has gained the respect and friendship of his new home buyers, realtors and subcontractors.
